• on the graund floor: a hall and a drawing room with a set of soft furniture (displayed sofa) and the TV-set; a mini-kitchen equipped with the refrigerator, the electric kettle, the microwave oven, a ware set, kitchen lockers and a sink; three bedrooms, in one of which the double bed, in two others - two single beds are established; the general for the cottage bathroom (a shower, a toilet, a wash basin).
• on the 1st floor: three bedrooms, in each two single beds are established , and also an exit to a terrace.

• on the graund floor: a drawing room with a set of soft furniture, the TV-set and billiards; a mini-kitchen equipped with the refrigerator, the microwave oven, the electric kettle, a ware set, and also three separate numbers. Each number consists of a drawing room with a set of soft furniture and the TV-set, bedrooms with two beds or double bed, and also a separate bathroom on each number (a shower, a toilet, a wash basin) and an exit to a terrace.
