Guest House is a two-storey house that can accommodate 12 people.
• 1st floor: a banquet hall with a fireplace, which can accommodate up to 50 people; equipped kitchen; bathroom (washbasin, toilet).
• 2nd floor: 5 lounges (three 2 bedrooms and two 3 bedrooms), a bathroom (toilet, washbasin, shower), a spacious foyer with a sofa for relaxation.

In front of the house there is a spacious lawn with flower beds, a hammock, a tennis table swing. Behind the house there is a picnic area, a small pool, a garden, a vegetable garden, a well with delicious barbecue water. The main resting place on the site is a pond with blooming lilies. In winter, a Christmas tree and New Year's decorations, a real Russian stove, garlands, carnival costumes. A large hall with a music center, karaoke, TV, heated floors, a terrace, a dance floor, a barbecue and a barbecue are included in the total price.

Right from the spacious first-level by graceful stairs you can get to the second level equipped with double bed only and separated from the first level by the balcony railing.

Built of timber, exterior finish - imitation of timber treated with impregnation. Due to the location of trunks the house has a triangular shape. The wooden structure is fixed at a height of about 4 meters from the ground. There is a small balcony. Equipment: bed, small table, two stools, shelves with rustic utensils.
